    You have to click on the Emote to open a ticket!

  • Step 4:

    Now a "ticket-XXXX" channel has opened up at the top, through which you can now talk to the server team.

  • Step 5:

    You can now talk with the server team/designer team which of our VIP Items you want and how they should look like, our designers will do their best to accomplish your wishes!
